About Your Mattress

Thank you for purchasing your new mattress from Mattress King.  We would like to give you some information on caring for your new sleep set so that you can enjoy it for years to come.

Understanding Body Impressions

Slight body impressions will occur in any mattress set.  Do not be alarmed.  This is not a structural defect, but simply an indication that the upholstery layers are settling, as they should, when you begin to use your new bed.  We are glad to see the comfort layers begin to conform to your body and allow better sleep.  This may result in a slightly uneven sleeping surface.


Your new purchase comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, please read the warranty card attached to the mattress.  Any defect must fall within the time frame and guidelines of the manufacturer’s warranty.  The manufacturer’s representative must determine whether the product has a structural defect.  Mattress King does not have the authority to circumvent the manufacturer’s decision.  A copy of the sales receipt must be provided for all warranties.  The manufacturer does not provide for delivery service.  RE-delivery for a warranty exchange is additional.  No type of exchange if mattress is STAINED.

About Mattress King Delivery service

Mattress King will call you the day before the scheduled delivery date to give you a 2 hour time frame of when your purchase will be delivered.  If you choose, we can also give you a 30 minute or 1 hour call ahead on the day of delivery, so you know we are on the way.  If there is a time constraint on the day of delivery, please let the sales associate know at the point of sale to see if the warehouse can accommodate.  If we cannot accommodate, please choose another day with no time constraints.  There is a $55.00 re-delivery charge if not at home to accept delivery.  If cancelled after merchandise is on the delivery truck, there will be an additional charge of $55.

Acceptance of Merchandise

By signing this form you are taking full responsibility for the merchandise, acknowledging it is in satisfactory condition and acceptable to you.  If a Mattress King employee is asked to tie down merchandise, Mattress King is not responsible for merchandise coming loose and damages to merchandise, any type of damages that occur due to merchandise falling off, or to the vehicle it was tied.  Mattress King is not responsible for any damage which may occur to customer’s personal property upon delivery.

Concerning your purchase

All sales are final.  No refunds.  No exceptions.  No comfort guarantee.  Purchaser agrees if litigation is sought against Mattress King or vice-versa and Mattress King prevails, the purchaser is obligated to cover all attorney’s fees and court cost for Mattress King

Refund and Cancellation Policy

There is a $30.00 charge on all cancellations prior to delivery or customer pick-up.  No refunds on special orders even if it hasn’t been delivered.  Cancellation of non-special order non-delivered merchandise can be refunded for up to 7 business days.  There are no returns on pillows, sheets or mattress pads.  There is a $30.00 charge on return checks.

Special Order & Adjustable beds

Mattress King will be happy to special order products for you.  All special orders require a 50% deposit before ordering.  There are no cancellations on any special orders, which includes Twin Extra Long, Split Queens, Cal King, or Adjustable beds.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Terms and conditions

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
